Pallav is a graduate in science from the University of Jammu and has a post graduate degree in Management (MBA) from the University of Bangalore. He has 15 years of rich experience in corporate India with 10 Years in the capacity of National Business Head for Max New York Life Insurance co. Pvt. Ltd (MNYL) & Bharti-Axa Life Insurance co. Pvt. Ltd (BAL). Started his career with XEROX & worked with Reliance Communication & TATA-AIG, Pallav set up 3 Sales channels in MNYL during his 6 years stint. Joined as Partner & moved up the ladder to Vice President & Corporate Vice President, his contribution to MNYL stands exceptional. In Bharti-AXA, he worked for 4 years as Vice President & member of Management Committee. Apart from launching new sales channels, he successfully turned around 700 employee based DST channel within 2 years as one of the only channel to be profitable in BAL. As Founder of HP Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd (HPFMS); He is a visionary and force to reckon with. Under his leadership, Company is scaling consistent growth both on top & bottom lines and force to reckon in facility management sector. Schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya Samba, he holds the distinction of being one of the youngest candidates selected for Indian Military Academy (101 – IMA batch).
